Breakfast Buffets:
All breakfast and brunch buffet selections include disposable plates, utensils and accompaniments. Freshly brewed gourmet coffee and orange juice are provided. Price per person, 15-person minimum.

Continental Breakfast
An arrangement of freshly baked muffins, croissants, pastries. Served with fruit preserves, and butter.

Rocky Mountain Sunrise
Fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sausage links, country-style hashbrowns, seasonal fresh fruit and fresh pastries.

Mile High Country
Fluffy scrambled eggs, honey glazed ham, sausage patties, biscuits with gravy, assorted pastries, seasonal fresh fruit.

Le Quiche Breakfast
Fluffy eggs baked in a flaky crust with choice of meat or vegetarian fillings. Served with country-style hashbrowns, assorted breakfast breads and seasonal fresh fruit.

Cowboy Country Buffet
Fluffy scrambled eggs smothered with southwestern green chili and cheese, honey glazed ham, crisp bacon, French toast casserole with flaky cinnamon sugar topping with maple syrup.

Mountain Man Brunch
Seasonal green salad with assorted dressings, fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, lemon rosemary chicken, honey glazed ham, fresh vegetable medley, assortment of fresh breads and condiments, and dessert display.

Are you looking for something a little different that’s fun, quick, and hassle-free for your next breakfast meeting or event? We have just the answer with our new “Breakfast in a Box.” Each of your guests will receive one of our elegant breakfast boxes, with all the necessary utensils and condiments. 15-person minimum.

Light and Healthy
A bowl of granola, lowfat yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit and choice of apple or orange juice.

New York Deli
A fresh bagel with smoked salmon, chive cream cheese, and capers. Served with chef’s choice of fresh seasonal fruit, choice of apple or orange juice.

The Stuffed Croissant
A fresh butter croissant filled with scrambled eggs, your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, cheddar cheese. Served with country style hashbrowns and chef’s choice of seasonal fruit and choice of apple or orange juice.

The Continental
Your choice of a fresh muffin, croissant, cheese or fruit Danish, or cinnamon roll. Served with fresh seasonal fruit, and choice of apple or orange juice. Add yogurt for $1.25 each.

South Of The Border
A savory breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, home-fried hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, and choice of bacon or sausage all wrapped into one. Served with salsa and tomatilla sauce, chef’s choice of fresh seasonal fruit, and choice of apple or orange juice.

Country Sunrise
Toasted English muffin stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, sliced honey ham. Served with chef’s choice of seasonal fresh fruit and your choice of apple or orange juice.

Coffee and Hot Tea
If coffee and hot tea service is needed, a return pick-up fee for equipment will be added. Our gourmet blend coffee and hot tea service comes with cups and all the necessary condiments.

Box Lunches:
Box lunches include fresh seasonal fruit, chef’s choice of salad, chips, and dessert of the day. Also includes a mint, towelette, condiments and eating utensils. Minimum of 20 persons.

New York Hero
Italian bread stacked with ham, roast beef, salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and dressed with Italian dressing.

Hawaiian Ham Sandwich
Hoagie bun filled with tender baked ham, grilled pineapple, red onion, Muenster cheese, lettuce, tomato, and spicy honey mustard.

Chicken Club
Roasted tender chicken topped with avocado, bacon, tomato, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, and lettuce served on toasted white or wheat bread.

Tuna Salad
Water-packed tuna with fresh celery, sweet relish, hard boiled eggs, and mayo all mixed into one, served on a fresh croissant.

All wraps are prepared in an oversized tortilla and stuffed with fresh ingredients. Served in a deluxe labeled box with dipping sauces, seasonal fresh fruit cup and dessert of the day. All boxes include utensils and condiments. Minimum 15 orders.

Mexican Chicken or Beef Wrap
Roasted chicken or grilled beef strips, with Mexican rice, black beans, corn salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream all wrapped in one and served with house made salsa on the side.

Southwestern Wrap
Crisp breaded chicken strips with red beans and rice, sweet corn, red onion, lettuce and chipotle mayo served on the side.

Oriental Express Wrap
Coastal shrimp, sticky sushi rice, stir fry peppers and onions, Nappa cabbage, and sweet chili dipping sauce served on the side.

Chicken BLT Wrap
Grilled chicken, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato wrapped to go!

Chicken Caesar’s Salad
Grilled chicken, croutons and sun dried tomatoes on a bed of romaine hearts, served with Caesar dressing on the side.

Little Italy Salad
A blend of romaine lettuce, black olives, grape tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, parmesan cheese, pepperoni slices all served with croutons and balsamic dressing.

The Tropical Box
Tender greens topped with mandarin oranges, strawberries, dried cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, served with raspberry vinaigrette.

The House Salad
A bed of spring mix layered with red onions, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, croutons and house-made ranch dressing.

The Cobb Salad
Crisp lettuce topped with chopped hard boiled eggs, shredded ham, crumbled bacon, shredded carrots, bleu cheese, diced tomatoes, and cucumbers served with house-made ranch dressing.

Asian Flare Salad
Asian-spiced shrimp or chicken served over soba noodles with julienne peppers, onion, carrots and fresh cilantro with teriyaki glaze. Garnished with crisp wonton strips.

Milan Salad
Penne pasta served with tomatoes, green onions, black olives, artichokes, fresh parsley, and tossed with white wine vinaigrette.

Lunch Bar Buffets:
Served with chef’s choice of assorted dessert platter, and a seasonal fresh fruit. Includes disposable plates, utensils and accompaniments. 20 person minimum. Bar buffets may require staffing.

Potato Bar
Big plump steamy baked potatoes can be topped off with the many accompaniments: chili soup, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, salsa, and chives.

Fajita Bar
Your choice of Chicken, Beef, or Vegetarian fajitas, accompanied by warm flour tortillas, house-made refried beans, sour cream, salsa, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, and pico de gallo.

Soup and Salad Bar
Choice of two (2) soups (Vegetable, Bean, Chili, Corn Chowder, or Chicken Noodle). Field of greens accompanied with toppings, cheddar cheese, hard boiled eggs, shredded ham, bacon bits, shredded carrots, and dried cranberries.

Taco and Burrito Bar
