We continually strive to provide the best service and will accommodate your special requests whenever possible. All prices and menu selections are subject to change without notice.
Rush Orders: A 10% surcharge on food and beverage will be added for orders or add-ons placed after 4:00pm for next-day delivery. Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, Pan Fired Catering will confirm your selections via Fax. Please review the confirmation thoroughly. If the order is correct please sign it and fax it back to 303-422-3731. If there are changes or corrections please call 303-422-3982. Special Requests: We will be happy to accommodate any special dietary requests. Please call 48 hours in advance to discuss your requirements. Minimum Orders: Pan Fired Catering strives to accommodate orders of any size with the exception of menu selections that require a minimum. In addition, we require a minimum for orders with delivery on Sundays. Please call for details. Cancellations: Cancellations or modifications must be confirmed by at least 24 hours prior to event and must be confirmed. A new order confirmation will be faxed to you. You must sign the new confirmation and fax it back to our office. If we do not receive the confirmation you will be billed for your original order. Payment Methods: For your convenience Pan Fired Catering is happy to arrange a charge account for your company. Please inquire about terms and conditions. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and COD are accepted for all orders. Service Charge: Service Charge is always assessed to every order. It is a standard industry charge which covers production, equipment, auxiliary labor, insurance, taxes and other overhead expenses. This is the true heart of a catering company. The sales staff of a catering company spends a lot of time and effort to plan and organize your event from start to finish. They take care of all of the details of menu and buffet design, staff ordering, site inspections and mapping, special requests, meetings with the clients, rentals of linens and china, and all the little details that make it special. The Service Charge reflects the effort and expertise to plan your memorable event. This Fee is charged on Food, Staff, and Rentals at a rate of 18%. It shall be retained by Pan Fired Catering and is not a tip or gratuity for the onsite staff. Gratuity is left to the sole discretion and generosity of the client. Staffing: Staffing will be assessed depending on the client’s needs, please inquire. Pickup Window: If you have ordered selections that are provided with equipment, we will return for a pickup. A same day pickup window is preferred. However, arrangements for next-day pickup can be made if necessary. Delivery and Pickup Fees: We deliver to all metro Denver locations. Below is a schedule of our delivery and pickup charges by area.
Furnished Items: Pan Fired Catering provides quality disposable plates, cups, utensils and accompaniments with all orders. We can also arrange for table linens and china service upon request! |
